Your credit card data is processed by our payment provider (currently Stripe). We do not have access to your credit card data (or other payment details) at any time. The payment formular where you enter your card details is embedded in a so- called iframe. After clicking on the "Pay Now" button, it goes directly to Stripe bypassing our servers. No, our plans do not auto- renew at the end. Many users complain aginst subscriptions. We don't like them either. Yes, we do offer a money back guarantee within 7 days after purchase. If you have an issue with our product, and would like to make use of it, contact us via online chat, WhatsApp or Telegram. We usually answer quite fast (depending on your time zone). Please answer. Absolutely. The resumes you have created are cached in your browser. As long as you don't clean the browser cache for cvcollage.com, you can re-download your CVs as often as you need, even after plan expiry. Before cleaning the browser cache, just make sure you export your resumes to a file on your file system by using our export tool. At a later stage, you can import this file again and continue your work. Practically yes. But in order to protect our service from automated access and commercial misuse, we have employed a limit on the number of resumes that can be downloaded/generated. As an ordinary user, you will never reach that limit, but a bot who tries to call our resume generator automatically, will reach this threshold quite fast.

Your resume data is stored in an IndexedDb- database inside of your browser. We do not store neither your resumes, nor your cover letters on our servers. At the current moment- yes. But our template collection is constantly growing. We try to create new resume templates on a weekly basis. You can find them in your dashboard (available only in logged in state). Please note, that we do not store your resumes on our server. Your dashboard will contain only those resumes, which are currently saved inside your browser. Switch to the *icon* Styling tab in the resume builder app. Most of the resume templates have pre- defined color schemes. You can either select one of them, or generate a random color scheme by pressing on the magic *icon* button. Furthermore, you can override all predefined colors in a color scheme by changing them in the section below. If you would like to customize generic phrases like "Work experience", simply switch to the *icon* Headlines tab in the resume builder app. There you can find and edit all the pre-defined titles. We have grouped them together in categories (e.g. General Data, Languages,...), so it is easier to navigate them through. Furthermore, you can filter headlines by entering a headline text in the search textbox on the top of the section.
Please note, your pre- defined titles are language specific. Otherwise, you can end up with a mix of multiple languages in your resume. Once you change the CV language, your custom titles for the new language will be loaded, and those for the previous one will be cached.

No, unfortunately we do not offer resume writing services. Unfortunately, there is no concrete answer to this question. It mainly depends on the ATS system used by the recruiter. There are literally hundreds of ATS system providers. We cannot guarantee that our CVs are compatible with every ATS system in the HR industry. There are even differences between different versions of the same ATS system. No serious resume generator can guarantee you to create resumes, that are compatible with all of the ATS systems. There is actually no real benefit for you in deleting your account, since we do not store any data about you. Your CVs and related data is stored in your browser, so only you have physical access to it. The only non-anonymous data we store about you on our side is your email address and a hash of your password.
But, if you insist on the deletion of your account, write us on contact@cvcollage.com, or any other channel (Whatsapp, Telegram).
Don't worry. We will not bother you too much with marketing materials. Maybe once per 3 months or so we may send out a newsletter to you. No. They are stored in a database inside your browser only. We do not have access to your resume data. We see it as a win-win situation for both of us: you have stronger privacy and a guarantee, that you and only you own your data, and we save infrastructure costs by not having to store your documents and the whole headache with enhanced compliancy regulations and IT security.
